Meet the Boynton Team

Jean

Jean Boynton, Broker of Record

Jean is Broker of Record of RE/MAX High Country Realty Inc., Brokerage since opening the Re/Max Flesherton office in the Munshaw House January 1, 2004. Jean is responsible for the day to day operations and is also a multi-million dollar producer of Real Estate.

Jean has lived in Grey County since 1988 and strives to give her clients the knowledge they need to make the correct decisions in a professional and friendly manner. Jean is constantly searching for new ideas to improve herself and her team.

Erin

Erin Boynton-Seeley, Broker

Erin is a Broker with RE/MAX High Country Realty Inc., Brokerage, obtaining her licence in August 2000. Erin is listing and selling properties as part of the Boynton Team. She searches each property with a specific buyer in mind, notifying them as new listings become available. Erin is continuing to upgrade and expand her real estate skills through further courses to help her to better meet the Buyers and Sellers needs.

Erin is also a Mortgage Agent with Mortgage Architects. This allows her to be knowledgeable about current rates and market conditions. She feels this is an asset when assisting a Buyer with their purchase. She works with a local Broker to help get the best rates and terms available.

Erin is a member of Certified Staging Professionals (CSP). When you are looking for advice to stage your home, a CSP can assist in making the right change, big or small, that will help to sell your home.

Erin feels not only do they have a team advantage; they have the knowledge and expertise to assist all Buyers and Sellers with a smooth transaction.

Erin is a mother of four boys and enjoys taking advantage of all that Grey County has to offer.

Tricia

Tricia Boynton-McInnes, Broker

Tricia has been putting her marketing diploma to great use for the Boynton Team since 2000 and obtained her Real Estate license in 2001. Tricia feels that a solid marketing program sets the Boynton Team apart giving a Seller the best exposure possible and making it easy for a Buyer to find their perfect property. Tricia also feels that working with the Boynton Team and having the team advantage means you always have 5 professionals working for you whether you are listing your property or searching for one.

As well as having her Real Estate Broker's license, Tricia is also a mortgage agent with Mortgage Architects. Not only now can you buy or sell a home but financing your new purchase or refinancing your current property has never been easier. Being able to have one foot in the door in the financing process definitely makes any transaction run a lot smoother.

Also when selling your home, as a member of The Certified Staging Professionals (CSP), she can give you advice to help you sell your home in the least amount of time. This is why she has added that qualification to her list of achievements.

Glenn

Glenn Boynton, Sales Representative

Glenn is a Sales Representative at RE/MAX High Country Realty Inc., Brokerage. He coordinates marketing ideas the Boynton Team generates and as a result listing and marketing real estate is constantly moving forward. Glenn tests new marketing strategies and improves upon traditional marketing methods of our competitors. Glenn is a multi-million dollar producer and spends a large amount of time listing and selling country properties in beautiful Grey County.

Rueben

Reuben McCallum

Reuben is a Sales Representative with RE/MAX High Country Realty. Reuben joined the team in October 2012 after obtaining his real estate license. Reuben lives in grey County and believes the area has a lot to offer. Reuben has extensive experience in the equine industry and has worked with equine professionals on a national and international level in various aspects of the industry. Reuben plans to use his experience, combined with his motivation to continuously upgrade his real estate skills, to better serve buyers and sellers looking to trade in country lifestyle real estate.

Helen

Helen Todd

Helen is the Listing Coordinator. She has been a proud member of the Boynton Team for over 15 years and still takes great pride and pleasure in presenting and detailing the properties in a quality fashion to the MLS system as they are listed, then monitoring the status of our Sellers until such times as the property is sold. Helen's duties include assuring the quality of the photos used for advertising, maintaining the Boynton Team's extensive marketing plan, setup and preparation of newspaper and magazine advertising for print, posting the properties to the web site with photos, posting the listings to the Grey Bruce & Toronto Real Estate Boards with photos.

This magazine is a high quality, coloured front and back publication with large individual listing pictures and descriptions. The Portfolio magazine is distributed through blanket mailings, plus distribution from Schomberg to Caledon to Chatsworth.

Advertising

We prepare a professional feature sheet for all to view in our office as well as a personal handout sheet for each property. Your property will be displayed in our well-known magazine "The Real Estate Portfolio", which has over 15,000 copies distributed to where the buyers are. We also advertise in the Guelph, Kitchener and Cambridge and Toronto publications including the National Post, plus our regular presence in the local newspaper's real estate section. We take our listed properties to the urban buyers. A Family Partnering With The Community

As a Family helping Families, the Boynton Team supports their community in numerous ways, including supporting their local hospital, volunteer organizations and Community activities such as donating bicycles to the Markdale Fair and the Split Rail Festival, collecting food at Christmas for the Love Committee program as well as undertaking their own initiatives, the Boynton Team takes great pleasure in helping.

Fostering a Love of Reading

The Boynton Team is sponsoring the Read Max program for Grade Two students at Osprey Central, MacPhail Memorial, Dundalk & Proton, and Beavercrest Public Schools. For every child who reads 20 age appropriate books in two and a half months, the Boynton Team will donate a book to that child's classroom - that's 30 to 60 books per school depending on class size. The reading rewards don't stop there. Every participating student will enjoy a pizza party and receive a certificate of achievement courtesy of the Boynton Team.

Client Appreciation

Saying thank you to their clients just doesn't seem enough. Each year the Boynton Team hosts a special event to honour their clients, complete with a full course, locally catered meal, dancing and entertainment. Every party is memorable in one way or another. Whether it's hot air balloon rides or an Elvis impersonator (below), one thing is for sure every year the party gets even bigger.
